Central Development engaged DBMK to build a website to support leasing efforts for The Rock Commerce Center, a new high-visibility, I-25-adjacent, large-scale retail showroom located in the growing northern Colorado Springs metro. Client wanted to showcase this opportunity for the heavily-trafficked I-25 area of Colorado Springs. Hence, a simple broker sign on site wouldn’t suffice and we created an integrated marketing campaign to build excitement for the new retail showroom.
We particularly love the building’s design by Intergroup Architects, which took inspiration from nearby landmark Monument Rock and the colors and shapes of its surrounding terrain. Take a look for yourself.
